Our Story
UAE's Trusted Demolition Partner
Founded in 2022, Raseen started with licensed villa demolition in Sharjah. As clients asked for more, the work grew with them. Scrap collection followed naturally from demolition sites, car recovery came next to support breakdowns and accidents across the same routes our teams already covered, and construction water tanker supply filled a gap on sites with no mains connection. Pickup truck rental is our newest service, covering furniture moves and goods transport with the same same-day approach.
Every service runs on one principle: one WhatsApp number gets you a real person, a written AED quote, and a same-day response, whether you need a villa demolished, a car recovered, scrap collected, water delivered, or a pickup truck booked.
We maintain direct relationships with Sharjah Municipality, Abu Dhabi DMT, and Dubai Municipality, so permits and compliance are handled on our side, not yours.

Licenses & Compliance
Compliant Across Every Service We Run
Every truck we send out, whether it's collecting scrap, supplying water, or moving furniture, operates under a driver licence, vehicle classification, and municipal approval that matches the job. Here is what that actually means for you.
Sharjah Municipality
Approved for demolition and site clearance, with our scrap collection and pickup operations also based out of our Industrial Area 4 yard.
View Sharjah Municipality portal →Abu Dhabi DMT
Demolition approvals plus full recovery and pickup truck coverage across Mussafah, Khalifa City and Al Ain.
View Abu Dhabi DMT →Dubai Municipality
Compliant with Dubai's demolition and waste regulations, with car recovery and water tanker services running under the same standards.
View Dubai Municipality →Driver Licensing by Vehicle Class
Shehzore and 1 ton pickup drivers hold an RTA cargo licence rated up to 2 tonnes of load. 3 ton pickups and water tankers require a heavy vehicle licence, with the driver medically tested and approved for that weight class before they are assigned to your job.
View RTA driving licence categories →Working Within Road Timing Rules
Heavy vehicles, including water tankers and 3 ton trucks, are restricted from key roads during peak hours in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We schedule scrap, water and pickup dispatch around these windows so your job isn't delayed or your driver fined.
View RTA truck timing notice →One Vehicle, One Registered Activity
Each truck is registered against a single activity on our trade licence. A scrap collection vehicle is not used for passenger or unrelated cargo work, and a pickup truck is not used outside its rated load class. This keeps every job within the legal scope of the vehicle and driver assigned to it.

Carpentry Guide
Door Types in UAE Homes: What to Choose and How to Protect Them
Common Door Types
Most UAE villas and apartments use one of four door types. Hinged wooden doors remain the most common for bedrooms and entrances, valued for their look and sound insulation. Sliding doors suit tight spaces like balconies and wardrobes. Folding doors are common for storage rooms and laundry areas. Automatic sliding doors, sensor or motor operated, are mostly used in commercial entrances, clinics and retail units rather than private homes.
Automatic Doors vs Manual Hinged Doors
Automatic doors offer hands-free convenience and are well suited to high footfall commercial spaces, but they come with higher upfront cost, ongoing motor and sensor maintenance, and dependence on a power supply. Manual hinged doors cost less, need no electrical component, and are simpler to repair when hinges, locks or frames wear out over time. For most homes and small offices across Sharjah, Dubai and Abu Dhabi, a well-maintained manual door is the more practical choice. Our carpenter team focuses on manual wooden and glass door repair, hinge and lock replacement, and frame fixes rather than automatic door mechanism installation.
Why Wooden Doors Work Well, and Where They Struggle
Wooden doors insulate sound and heat better than metal or PVC, and can be sanded, repainted or repaired rather than replaced when damaged. Their main weakness is water. Prolonged exposure to moisture, direct mopping water, or humid air causes swelling, warping and eventual rot along the bottom edge and frame joints.
Protecting a Wooden Door from Water Damage
A few habits extend a wooden door's life significantly. Seal the bottom edge and frame joints with a polyurethane or varnish coating, which most doors need reapplying every one to two years in UAE humidity. Fit a door bottom seal or threshold strip to stop water reaching the base during floor mopping. Keep wooden doors away from direct water contact in bathrooms and shower areas, where a glass or PVC door is the better long term choice. If a door has already started swelling or the bottom edge is soft, this is best addressed early. Our team handles wooden door repair, sealing and swap-out to glass shower doors where water exposure is unavoidable.
