Post-Demolition Site Clearance in Al Nahda, Sharjah

Project Overview

Following the demolition of a two-storey residential villa in Al Nahda, Sharjah, the property owner required a fully cleared and documented site ready for new planning submissions. The clearance scope included concrete rubble removal, mixed debris sorting, ground grading, and obtaining the final clearance certificate from Sharjah Municipality.

Raseen mobilised within 24 hours of the demolition completion. Using a combination of mini-excavators and manual sorting teams, all 62 cubic metres of debris were removed and transported to a licensed Sharjah disposal facility. The municipality inspector signed off on day three, handing the client a clean, documented plot ready for architect submissions.
