This project involved the complete demolition of a 40-year-old villa in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. The property owner required a full demolition service including permit handling, controlled demolition, scrap recovery, and site clearance. The villa was a traditional two-story structure with concrete foundations and mixed construction materials including concrete blocks, steel reinforcement, and traditional timber elements.

Execution

All construction waste was sorted on-site for recycling, with valuable materials like steel reinforcement and copper wiring recovered for resale.

Results

The project was completed on time and within budget. The site was left clean and ready for redevelopment, with all demolition waste properly disposed of through licensed facilities. The client received AED 15,000 in scrap value from recovered materials, offsetting part of the demolition costs.
